Defective items must be returned to us in their original packaging and will be replaced with an identical item to that returned to us.

We do not accept returns of items that were "incorrectly ordered", so please choose carefully before committing to your order. Any items of a non-standard size (a size not available for that product in its description page on this website) may only be returned if defective and will be replaced, not refunded.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

This returns policy does not effect your statuary rights.

Refunds will be given only in exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of the company management.
